Your mind controls all aspects of your life. In this activity, we will touch on several aspects of the truth and reality of your thoughts; the endless varying thoughts which can control and cause emotional responses within you. The endless questioning mind and the mental victim within are a few of the realities of the thinking mind. Revaluating your thinking patterns will give you an understanding of the importance of quietening your mind.
The activity will extend on your mindful breathing to not only enable you to centre yourself but also relax your body. You will also extend the procedure devised by The Life Force Institute known as the “Line of Light”. Applying this third procedure will not only help to calm the mind, but also to relax your body.
