This fundamental activity introduces you to some basic concepts for undertaking activities available from The Life Force Institute.
In this activity, we will continue to bring forward the awareness of the truth and reality of your thoughts. In regards to revaluating your thinking patterns, we will consider how the mental blame game and the mental excuses of the mind can be a major factor for not changing aspects of your thinking or your life. We will also look at what thoughts may come forward and emotional responses triggered in regards to the actions and words of others. This understanding helps you to realise the importance of quietening your mind.
The activity will extend on your mindful breathing to centre yourself and bring happiness within. You will also extend the procedure devised by The Life Force Institute known as the “Line of Light”. Apply this fourth procedure will help to calm the mind, relax your body and bring your emotions into balance.
