Fundamental Fifth Step

The fundamental Fifth Step activity helps you to identify the endless conditioned thoughts which lead to overthinking. When overthinking starts to consume your life, it can become a serious problem.

The activity will extend on your mindful breathing and Line of Light to centre yourself, calm your mind, relax your body, balance your emotions and instil a healthiness of mind. As you continue forward on your sojourn on planet Earth, strive for true understanding and harmlessness to manifest through you. True harmlessness works through right thought governed by active intellect; right speech, governed by self-control, which manifests into right action. This inevitably leads to a higher expression of yourself into your everyday life.

What is The Life Force Institute?

The Life Force Institute and the Life Force Institute Australasia, have been set up as a means to help present information on how to live your life with harmlessness. We all live in a world filled with many challenges which we face on a daily basis. Many of us are looking for ways to comprehend life and to understand ourselves.

To help comprehend life, many of us have tried aspects of mindfulness or meditation, but sometimes these approaches do not deliver on the original intent. The Life Force Institute presents information and provides activities which are designed to help you to look at life differently; to equip you with a set of tools to help deal with life and living.

Your Hidden True Self

The light of your Life Force, the true self within all people, is hidden behind barriers of material thoughts, emotions and feelings. In many people, these barriers have been built up by your mind and persona.

Through an open, peaceful and quiet mind, this light of your Life Force can be awakened through Cognition.

Fundamental Second Step

Your mind orchestrates your own brand through your thoughts, emotions, feelings and actions. The fundamental Second Step activity investigates how your mind controls your perceptions of yourself and the world around you.
In this activity, you will take the initial steps to look at you, your perceptions and view of the world. This brand you represents you and portrays how you react to life and living.

Take the opportunity to realise how your mind orchestrates your own brand or personality. The activity will extend on your mindful breathing to centre yourself and vitalise your body and includes the Line of Light to bring improved calmness within your mind.

What is Meditation?

For many of us, we all have fallen into a pattern of unconsciously rushing through our lives. We do not notice the world around us or within us – and it is affecting our health and our happiness.

Meditation can include virtually any practice that focuses your attention for a period of time, or is the act of paying attention to only one thing. Meditation may be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, or pain; with the perceived benefits of increasing happiness, wellbeing and self-realisation.

Task your mind and meditation practices with a renewed focus, leveraging your active intellect to bring about a quietness and calmness of your mind.

Achieving True Reality

Achieving true reality can only be achieved by taking control of your mind. You must learn to control your own thoughts, emotions & feelings. Through the light of understanding, you can access your true self, freeing you to become a Life Force being of the universe.

Starting Out

The fundamental Starting Out activity looks at your intentions for undertaking activities such as meditation or mindfulness. Then the activity examines how your mindset, inspiration and motivation play their parts to keep you focused and bring control to your mind.

The activity includes an exercise on mindful breathing to enable you to centre yourself. The Line of Light procedure is presented in the first principles to provide a method to bring calmness to your mind.

What are Kickstarter Activities?

Kickstarter Activities (KIAs) are introductory self-guided exercises or classes by The Life Force Institute. Each activity skilfully combines aspects of mindfulness and meditative techniques in a progressive step-by-step process, which is designed to lead you through the activity. When you complete any activity, there is guidance on the expected outcome, how to evaluate your experiences, and what is necessary to ensure success when undertaking each activity.

We recommend that you start with the first five or ten “fundamental” Kickstarter Activities (KIAs), as these self-guided exercises or classes have been designed to introduce you to the methodology, theory and practices of The Life Force Institute. We have combined these fundamental activities in two special bundles, which are available to purchase and download from our webshop.

Meditation Classes

The Life Force Institute offers the equivalent to meditation classes, which we call Activities.

All of the Activities available from the Life Force Institute have been designed to be self-guided. Each Activity has been carefully crafted to enable you to proceed at your own pace. These activities are available for you to purchase and download from our webshop. By making these activities available online, anyone can access this source of learning, irrespective of their location. We regularly add new Activities to the webshop. Each new activity will enable you to continue learning, exploring aspects of yourself and the energies within and around you through science and light.
