This fundamental first step activity introduces you to some basic concepts for undertaking activities available from The Life Force Institute.
In this activity, we cover the basis and history of The Life Force Institute and look at your intentions, for seeking understanding of self through undertaking activities such as meditation or mindfulness. The activity will then examine how your mindset, inspiration and motivation play their parts to keep you focused and bring control to your mind.
The activity includes an exercise on mindful breathing to enable you to centre yourself on the activity to be undertaken. You are then introduced to a procedure devised by The Life Force Institute known as the “Line of Light”. The Line of Light is presented in the first principles and provides a fundamental method to bring calmness to your mind.
