Do Not Be too Negative

Often a lot of emphasis nowadays is placed on things being negative; without understanding it is how you act, which is the key. It is important to understand that negative energies are part of the universe and part of the circle of life; as night is to day, or ying is to yang. Realise that negative energies exist and are necessary to maintain the balance in the Universe. Knowing that there is a natural flow of energy from negative to positive to form a complete circuit, in the same way that the field of a magnet flows from north to south and then back through the body of the magnet.

The key to understanding negativity is how you react to life and living. You can choose to react to negative energies and become involved in the emotional consequences. Alternatively, you can pause, keep your balance, and choose not to react. In effect, you are staying neutral to the negative influences.

Be Purposeful

Be purposeful with your Mindfulness – as it is not about slowing down or speeding up!

A mindful practise is about doing things on purpose and with purpose. Sometimes you may speed up, other time you may slow down – it is about the balance and being mindful of the circumstance in which you find yourself at any given time. So take the time to be purposeful with your mindfulness endeavours.

Applying Knowledge

Knowledge can open your mind to expand the understanding of yourself. Through such knowledge, you may gain an understanding of why you act and think the way you do.

Achieving a quietness within, will enable you to bring forward many aspects of knowledge for success, harmony and balance.

Become Master of your Reactions

Stop and learn to control your mind, rather than your mind, emotions and feelings being the master of your life. Tapping into the energies of your Life Force, through Cognition, which can move you out of the patterns of your passive intellect. Doing so, allows you to free your mind from your mental and emotional limitations.

Applying these skills in your daily life, can help you to change your mental wavelengths to stay calm, balanced and in control.

Living your life with illumement

Illumement, like other practices such as meditation have many different connotations dependent upon the reason for undertaking them.

The achievement or practice of illumement requires that you bring all of your own energies (your Life Force energies as well as your thoughts and emotions) into a state of balance and harmony.

Through illumement, you will access the true energies of your Life Force and in turn illuminate your life. This allows you to surpass the achievements of mindfulness and positive thinking which are limited to the mental mind.
